Our Mission Statement
Here at Beyond Just Smiles, we work together to realize a shared vision of uncompromising excellence in dentistry. It’s our mission to provide patient-first care using the latest technology in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
To ensure the health of our patients and staff, we’re closely following updates on the COVID-19 virus and the CDC recommendations for healthcare offices. We sanitize all items touched by our staff that you may come in contact with. To further protect everyone in our office, we wipe down the waiting room and common spaces with disinfectant.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit establishes an important foundation for trust, commitment, and our lifelong relationship with you. It’s the start of our journey together in maintaining the beauty and health of your smile, as well as your overall well-being.
During the first visit, we’ll conduct a personal interview to learn about you and your specific dental goals. Then and only then, we’ll review your medical history, take any necessary X-rays, and complete a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and jaw.
In some cases, your dentist may recommend that a set of impressions (“molds”) be made of your teeth to provide a deeper understanding of your dental needs. This allows him to get a better understanding of your oral health and individual smile goals.
This is also a good time to get to know your doctor and ask any questions you may have about our practice and the comprehensive services offered in his beautiful Nashua NH office. To save time, you can fill out our patient registration forms online or print out and complete our downloadable forms prior to your appointment.
New Patient Forms
To make the most of your time during your first visit, we ask that you bring a copy of your dental records and any available X-rays, your insurance card, or policy number, along with a list of current medications. Filling out these registration forms ahead of time will allow our staff to provide you with the best possible care.
